All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ryna100.ill@gmail.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor variations in color or size due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
